CIVIL DISCOVERY: The Tough Issues Argued / SEPTEMBER 2025
Format for the Morning This is not a “talking heads” type of CLE program. Watch and learn as six seasoned litigators argue their positions on situations that involve challenging discovery matters to our judicial panel. As an audience member attending in person, you will have the opportunity to vote as to who made the most compelling presentation or argument prior to the judges issuing their rulings. This has proven to be one of ICLEF’s most popular program formats over the years. Lynn Gray moderates and asks the tough questions of both the lawyers and the judges. Come with questions, leave with answers and practice with greater confidence!
