In 2022 the old decanting statute was repealed and replaced with Indiana's version of the Uniform Trust Decanting Act. Join Jeff Dible for this important one-hour webcast which will walk you through the following:
What "Decanting" is and how it can be used by the trustee of some trusts
Differences between trust decanting and other methods for modifying an Irrevocable Trust
