OVERVIEW Appellate Use of AI in Indiana is a timely, half-day ICLEF program designed to give Appellate Practitioners a current and forward-looking understanding of how artificial intelligence is shaping appellate work in Indiana. Learn the fundamentals of how AI tools function, hear directly from judges about how Indiana’s Appellate Courts are currently using AI and what may lie ahead, and gain guidance on effective, responsible ways to incorporate AI into Appellate Practice. The concludes with an ethics-focused session tying together opportunities, limitations, and professional-responsibility considerations. Ideal for attorneys wanting to stay ahead of emerging technologies while practicing with confidence and compliance.
